Q: What is your product warranty term ?
A: We supply one week warranty for atomizer, one month warranty for battery and charger. If the product fails in this time frame, we will replace the corresponding part for you for free. No need to return the failed parts to us. We do not supply a customer satisfaction warranty at the moment.
Q: What shall I do, if the goods is damaged in shipping when I receive it ?
A: If it is convenient for you, please take a photo and send it to our email: LuckyJohnFeng@gmail.com, we will refund your payment or send you another one by your choice, no need to return the goods back to us in this condition.
Q: What should I do, if I do not receive my goods finally ?
A: First of all, as a serious seller, we seldom have a customer who did not receive the goods before. While if you think you meet such a condition, please contact us through our contact form, we will look into the order processing and track the shipping status, then we will feed back to you in one business day. If we find out that we made any mistake in the order processing, or the parcel lost in shipping, we will refund your payment or resend you another one by your choice. Other than that, please be patient with the shipping, sometimes it may take longer time for delivery by International Economy Shipping method.
